As with Houston, Sheila has decided to return with a vehcile resembling her vehicle from Second Offense. This is by no means a bad thing, as the Wonderwagon is great fun to drive and handles excellently. As well as being nimble and quick, it has a narrow frame, ideal for zipping through gaps and around obstacles.

Tantrum Gun
So good it appears in all three games, the Tantrum Cannon returns! Unlike many specials which have only two or three rounds, the Tantrum Gun has a 'regular' ammo counter. This lets you divide the ammo up evenly between targets! Be careful around targets with the Radar Jammer, this can cause problems with the turret's tracking.
